Lovealltennis Policy

Lovealltennis charges for all services at the time of booking and operates on a strict 24 hour cancellation policy

Refunds or credits will not be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, including no shows

Customers who cancel lesson/clinic outside the 24 hour window will be issued a credit towards applicable service offerings in the future. Refunds may also be requested for cancellations made outside the 24 hour window.

Credits expire 1 year from the date of original purchase

To book lessons and clinics, clients must create a CourtReserve account and place a valid credit/debit card on file. All payment processing is done securely through CourtReserve

Credit/debit card transactions only. Cash is not accepted. 

Rain Policy: forecast changes every hour, final decision will be made 3 hours before the lesson or clinic
